When you submit the contact form on /contact, I receive your name, email, optional business name, optional phone number, optional topic, and your message. That data is used only to reply to you and is delivered as an email through Resend (a transactional email provider). Resend sees the email envelope (sender, recipient, subject) and the message body in order to deliver it.

I keep replies in my email inbox for as long as the conversation is active. You can ask me to delete the thread at any time.

The booking tool is Calendly. It loads only after you click Load scheduleron the contact page. Until you click that button, no Calendly cookies or scripts are loaded. When you book, Calendly stores your name, email, and any details you enter, and shares them with me so I can prepare for the call. Calendly's own privacy policy applies once it is loaded.

The credentials section embeds badge cards from Credly (a Pearson VUE service used by IBM and others to verify digital badges). Each badge is rendered as an iframe pointing at credly.com. Credly may set its own cookies inside that iframe; I do not receive that data.

The site uses Vercel Analytics to count page views and a small set of conversion events (CTA clicks, form submissions). Vercel Analytics is privacy-first: it does not use cookies, does not build long-term visitor profiles, and stores aggregated counts only. No personal information is sent to it.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like every web host, Vercel keeps short-lived request logs that include IP addresses for security and abuse prevention. Logs are not used to profile visitors and are retained according to Vercel's standard policy.

When you submit the contact form, your IP address is also used in-memory for rate limiting (to block automated abuse) and is discarded after the request.

• I do not sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
• I do not run third-party ad pixels or retargeting trackers.
• I do not run a chat widget that records sessions.
• I do not track keystrokes or mouse movement.
