What I build for small and growing businesses.
Four outcome-based packages, written in plain English. Each one is project-priced, not hourly consulting, so you know what you're getting and what it's for before we start.
PKG.01
Digital Foundation
A real website that represents your business properly, loads fast, and helps people find you on Google.
Best fit for
A business with no site, or one on an outdated template that generates no leads.
Deliverables
- Custom, mobile-responsive website build
- On-page SEO (title tags, meta, headings, schema)
- Google Business Profile setup
- Contact form and call tracking
- Analytics and Search Console setup
- 30 days post-launch support
Website projects are a flat project rate, quoted after a free discovery call. Most small-business sites land in a predictable mid-four-figure range depending on scope.
PKG.02
Local Visibility
When someone searches for your type of business in your city, you show up, and your competitors don't.
Best fit for
A local service business with a site that isn't ranking or producing organic leads.
Deliverables
- Local SEO audit
- Google Business Profile optimization and management
- On-page SEO updates
- Citation building (consistent name/address/phone across directories)
- Monthly reporting on rankings, map-pack position, and traffic
- Quarterly content recommendations
Local SEO is a monthly service, quoted on market competitiveness and scope. Results typically become measurable in 60 to 90 days.
PKG.03
Workflow Automation Starter
The repetitive tasks costing you 5 to 10 hours a week get automated, so your team works on what actually matters.
Best fit for
A business with clear, repeatable processes: scheduling, invoicing, data entry, follow-up, reporting.
Built and implemented by an IBM-trained partner , not a template you have to wire together yourself.
Deliverables
- Process audit identifying the top 3 highest-return automation candidates
- Build and deploy 1 to 2 automations
- Integration with your existing software (CRM, scheduling, accounting)
- Documentation and staff training
- 30-day monitoring and adjustment
Automation is scoped and priced per project. Simple single-process automations start in the low-to-mid four figures; multi-system work is quoted separately. Most automations pay for themselves quickly.
PKG.04
AI Readiness & Implementation
You learn exactly where AI can help your specific business, with a real plan, not a generic deck.
Best fit for
An owner who wants to use AI but doesn't know where to start, or who tried tools alone and got no traction.
Backed by formal IBM training and active partner access : watsonx.ai, RPA, AI governance, MLOps.
Deliverables
- AI readiness assessment (systems, data, processes, team capacity)
- Top 3 AI use cases specific to your business
- Tool selection guidance across IBM watsonx, open-source, and commercial options matched to budget
- Pilot build of one use case
- A data-handling and governance checklist
- A written 6 to 12 month roadmap
AI readiness starts with a flat-fee assessment. Implementation is scoped separately. Where it fits, IBM watsonx tooling is available at partner pricing.
PKG.05 / FOLLOW-ON
Technical Partner Retainer
An accountable technical partner who manages your website, automations, and digital systems so you don't have to think about them.
Best fit: a client who has completed any package above and wants ongoing management and a standing point of contact.
Included
- Monthly website maintenance, security, and performance monitoring
- SEO reporting and quarterly content
- Automation monitoring and tuning
- Priority access for new work
- A monthly 30-minute check-in
- Advisory access for digital questions as they come up
Retainers are monthly, quoted on the number of active systems under management. Sold after an initial project, not as a cold offer.
[ FAQ / quick answers ]
Common questions
- Do I need to understand AI before working with Tyler?
- No. Most clients are running real businesses, not studying technology. Tyler translates the AI side into plain English, recommends only what's worth doing for your situation, and handles the build. If something isn't a fit, he'll tell you.
- Can you work with the tools my business already uses?
- In most cases, yes. I work with common tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Stripe, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Shopify, Squarespace, WordPress, and the major scheduling and CRM apps. If a tool can't be connected cleanly, I'll explain why and what the practical alternative is.
- Do you guarantee SEO rankings?
- No. Anyone who guarantees a #1 ranking is misleading you. What I do guarantee is that your site is technically correct, your Google Business Profile is set up the way Google expects, your local citations are consistent, and you have a clear plan for content. That's how local visibility actually compounds.
- What happens after the first project?
- Most clients move into a Technical Partner Retainer so the website, automations, and AI tooling stay maintained and supported. Retainers are monthly, sized to the systems under management, and only sold after a successful first project. There's no pressure to continue.
- Is this only for local businesses?
- No. Local Visibility is one of the packages, but Digital Foundation, Workflow Automation Starter, and AI Readiness & Implementation are useful for any small or growing business that wants to operate more professionally. If you're remote-first or service-based without a storefront, that's fine.
